The short version: we never collect information from children. There are no ads and no tracking cookies on this site. If a grown-up gives us an email address, we use it only to tell them about Adam & Harris, and they can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
This website, adamandharris.com, belongs to Adam & Harris Adventures, the team that makes the Adam & Harris videos and songs. You can reach us at hello@adamandharris.com.
Children
Our videos are made for young children, so this site is built to collect nothing from them. Children cannot create accounts, post anything or send us their details. The only form on this site is for grown-ups aged 18 or older, and it says so. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them straight away.
What we collect
- The "tell me when" form (grown-ups only). Your email address, which topics you ticked (clothes and toys, music), the wording you agreed to, the page you used, the country your connection comes from (worked out from the network, not your exact location) and the date. We do not store your IP address.
- Visit counts. We may count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message so we can reply.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent anyone's information.
- We never show adverts on this site, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We never ask children for information.
Videos from YouTube
Our videos are hosted on YouTube. We show them with YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and nothing loads from YouTube until someone presses play. Once a video plays, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video. Picture previews are sent from our own website, not from YouTube.
Links to other websites
We link to our pages on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Those sites have their own privacy rules, so please check them, and remember that some have minimum ages for their own accounts.
How we keep and protect information
Sign-up emails are stored in a secure database run by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We keep them until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Only the Adam & Harris team can see them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Just email hello@adamandharris.com. These rights apply wherever you live, including under the UK and EU GDPR, US privacy laws such as COPPA, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.
When our shop opens
When you buy something, we will need your name, email and delivery address to send your order. Payments will be handled by our payment partners (such as Stripe and PayPal), so we never see or store your card details. We will update this page before the shop opens.
Changes
If we change how we look after information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
